Amer S.p.A. and the other companies belonging to the Amer Group (hereinafter also referred to as the "Group" or "AG") coducts the business with loyalty, fairness, transparency, honesty, integrity and in compliance with laws, regulations, as well as according to the standards and guidelines applicable to their activities.

Therefore, AG - in order to foster a culture of good communication and corporate social responsibility within organizations - adopts instruments aimed at preventing, detecting and reporting illegal conduct in violation of mandatory and internal regulations, as well as of the ethical principles promoted by the Group. AG encourages its employees, shareholders, as well as persons who - in any capacity - perform or have performed services for the Group or hold administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative positions to report any conduct, act or omission relevant under this procedure of which they are aware.
